Every engagement is scoped after a discovery call. We do not publish fixed public price tiers because scope, stack, and risk profile vary materially across clients.
- Fractional CTO / CAIO: monthly retainer against a defined scope of leadership, architecture, and mentorship hours.
- AI product engineering: fixed-scope project or milestone-based delivery for validated product builds (typically 8–16 weeks).
- Engineering teams: monthly team rate for embedded engineers working in your codebase and rituals.
- Data platform: project or retainer depending on migration depth, compliance requirements, and operating ownership.
Invoices are issued under MSA + SOW. USD billing. No in-app payment or subscription management on this website.
