A 45-minute Zoom focused on three things: the problem you're trying to solve and what the system actually needs to do; what you've already tried and where the delivery risk sits; whether KYFEX is the right fit. No sales pitch, no slides. If we're not the right fit, we say so on the call and (where helpful) suggest who is.

It is genuinely free and there are no strings. We do not run a sales pipeline and we don't follow up beyond a written scope document if there's mutual interest. If you decide KYFEX isn't right, no further outreach.

Within one business day, usually faster. Email goes to info@kyfex.com. The contact brief form on this page is the fastest path because it routes directly into our active queue with structured context (timeline, budget range, current state) rather than a back-and-forth email thread.

Not for the discovery call. We treat all discovery conversations as confidential by default and don't share client identities without permission. If your team requires a signed NDA before the first call, we'll counter-sign yours within one business day. For actual engagement work, NDA + MSA are part of the standard contract package.

As specific as you can be on: what success looks like (one or two measurable outcomes); what you've tried so far; your current stack at a high level (cloud, data warehouse, AI tools in use); timeline and budget range if you have one. We'll fill gaps on the call. Don't write a brief for the brief.

Legitimate use of the call. Many of our best-fit clients start with a "we're 3–6 months out" exploratory call. We don't push for premature decisions, and the call is genuinely free.
